CLIMATE REALITY, THE CORONAVIRUS TIMES, AND OUTLOOK 2020
We face the same question as everyone else right now: How can you continue with business as usual with the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world?
Here at Vector Shoppe, we live in the same reality as you and face the same challenges with the Coronavirus pandemic.
One of the saddest realities of this pandemic is how it deepens inequality and front line communities the hardest. Our hearts are with those who are facing very real hardships and struggles, particularly those waiting anxiously for loved ones needing medical attention throughout the world.
We realize that for many, the existential threat of climate change has had to take a back seat for the moment, as people deal with immediate priorities such as health, economic anxiety as well as everything we once knew as normal.
At this time, we are moving on from business as usual to follow public health recommendations and do our part to flatten the curve. 10 out 12 production facilities across US and Canada have been shut down which means our turnaround times may be affected and will potentially come to a full stop as the pandemic progresses. However we are still currently processing orders and will be sure to give updates if this is to change.
Despite these difficult times, we will continue on and use our time to work on internal aspects of our business to better serve you and our overall business’ operations. We look forward to improving our social media delivery and staying connected.
